Welcome to our application. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you automatically agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use and remove the app from your device.

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your sole legal responsibility.
Account Deletion: In compliance with Apple's privacy guidelines, we provide a permanent account deletion feature within the App's Settings menu. Upon account deletion, all personal data, usage progress, and unconsumed virtual items/subscriptions will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or refunded.

All content, user interfaces, graphics, source code, icons, trademarks, and copyrights associated with this application are the exclusive property of our company or our licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of this app without prior written consent.

Payment Processing: All transactions for virtual goods, currencies, or subscriptions within the application are handled and processed exclusively by Apple via your Apple ID account.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices for digital goods or services at any time. Price changes will not apply retroactively to items or subscriptions already purchased.
Refund Policy: All successful purchases made through the App Store are considered final. As stated in our Support Policy, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Harassing, abusing, threatening, or engaging in toxic behavior toward other users or our customer support staff.
Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, obscene, copyright-infringing, or contains malicious software/viruses.
ARTICLE 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The application is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
